Sunday, March 19, 2023 - 80% grenache, 20% syrah. The very definition of funky, with a nose that makes me think of a provincial farm. It takes a lot of concentration to find the fruit hidden beneath. On the palate it's grain, herbs, mint, pine, with a little light red fruit. Really savory, a bit stereotypical "old world".
