Sunday, February 7, 2010 - decanted 3 plus hours. Wasn't the fruit bomb I was expecting. Rather eloquent. Nose was a bit of menthol and berry. The wine was restrained in the mid-palate. I was expecting more fruit forwardness but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Went very well with the rib eye we shish Kobab we had. Finish was moderate and pleasant. Not a blockbuster wow wine, but it was pleasant and I look forward to drinking more down the road.
