Thursday, October 22, 2009 - had next to a 2005 Buccella. The Ardore was much tighter, with a very tight grip, firm tannins, but loads of fresh red fruits on the palate. Wonderful concentration and a much better wine than anticipated. The Buccella was more ready to drink and lush, today, but with food, and with a few years in bottle, the Ardore is a very nice bottle of wine.
