Tuesday, November 21, 2023 - Really enjoying. Is oaked and you do get subtle vanilla, but not creaminess or caramel. Instead this is very fresh and bright. Classic stone fruit of peach and apricot, maybe some citrus too. Comparison with a Premier or Grand Cru Chablis is good
