Monday, February 21, 2022 - Not much to add to Michael's excellent note, this is made in the modern Anjou style that I really like, so plenty of soft fruit but with enough acidity to keep it honest. My only concern is that I found a certain coarse raspiness mid-palate, but it could have been a bad phase or perhaps a bottle problem, since there was a little fizziness on opening.
