Thursday, November 24, 2022 - 2% cab sauv. I should have given it more time. Blackberry, currants and espresso on the nose lead to a surprisingly dark in color wine. I think with age it would become more richer. Tastes of cherry, blueberry, and dark chocolate, silky finish.
