Monday, April 25, 2022 - Very earthy on the nose. Cinnamon stick, crushed raspberry, tart cherry, pekoe tea, mushroom, wilted flowers, green tobacco and white pepper all make an appearance, High pitched but well rounded acidity, still sweetly fruited, but very earthy and spicy making it very interesting. Some chew to the tannins. Bright and lean but complex. Drink or hold.
