Friday, May 12, 2023 - tasted at the domaine; 40% neutral barrel aging; much more orchard fruit with peach and pear; lots of orchard blossoms and some apricot; seems one notch more intense and concentrated than the first 2 1er crus; very long finish with peach lingering
