Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Opened on Sunday and finished on Saturday. It only faded a little in that time. Deep dark color. Dark fruits on the nose. Nice acidity with lamb chops on first day. Fruit continues on the palate with a nice long finish. Great Aussie shiraz
