Mature black cherry bouquet with hints of wild strawberry, damson plum, licorice, spice & smoke, & latter, fig, raisin & date. Medium bodied, moderately deep & intense though not very concentrated, ample, loose-knit but still quite fresh, lively & holding well, despite clear signs of its entering the ever declining phase of its life. Moderately long, smooth but flagging finish.
