The nose screams Burgundy of a hot vintage, but the palate reminds me of a new world Pinot. A warm, fruity nose with gentle oak and a hint of vegetation and pepper. It is juicy on the palate with ripe fruit and smooth tannins. There is noticeable alcoholic warmth to the mid-palate. 88+
