Saturday, September 17, 2022 - Drank over two days. Intense candied strawberries and cream on the nose. On day one, the palate was quite acidic and it was tough to get much more out of it. On day two, it mellowed and was rather tasty. A fine mousse, similar to the first bottle.

This is certainly tasty, but not very complex. I can't tell whether it needs a lot more time to develop, or if I'm seeing this wine at its full potential.
