Friday, February 9, 2024 - Almost Pinot Noir like, this is a good example of the versatility and variety of the Grenache grape. Light opacity with bright cherry red in color. Light body. Tangy cherry and strawberry, orange peel and spices. A nice red wine to go along with lighter meals like seafood, we enjoyed it with seared salmon.
