A little garnet coloured but vanilla and almond nose; still good fruit and some tannin; cherries and almonds with a tobacco and cassis background. Not hugely long; but surprisingly good based on other reviews. The right magnum to open on the first night of lockdown! But it's principally just me drinking it.....ouch
