Wednesday, June 14, 2023 - Deep inky ruby color. Acid: M+/H. Tannin: M+ with a silky texture. Finish: M. Body: Full. Dry. Alc: H. Black cherry, black plum, violet, black raspberry, black licorice, black olive tapenade, charred wood, and light clove and vanilla. While full-bodied and full of ripe black fruit, the texture has vitality, and is not heavy, dense, and extracted. Very Good. Suitable for aging.
