Sunday, December 31, 2023 - Crisp and round. Yellow and green apple, lemon, orange zest, butter, oak and vanilla. Crisp acidaty to start, it mellowed out after som time in the decanter and became more rounded and broad. Medium body and acidaty with medium pluss body. Really nice!
