Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Vosne Millésime - Noblesse des Clos Vougeot - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Château du Clos de Vougeot): Walk around tasting. Spiced nose with meaty notes and lots of brooding black cherry. Same black fruited flavors with pronounced structure, but lots of density. More "Old School" style here, firm and powerful but backward. Don't even think about opening before 2030.
