Saturday, March 12, 2022 - La Paulée de New York Grand Tasting (Pier Sixty, Chelsea Piers - New York NY): Walk around tasting. Wine is assembled, but not yet bottled. Pretty floral start. Lots of apple with an old vine intensity coming through on nose and palate. Lingering finish is also nicely bright. Consistent with barrel tasting form Nov 2021.
