Thursday, December 15, 2016 - I tasted this wine 2 years ago and drank it just after opening. It was muted and not much nose or taste. I opened another bottle, corked it and stored in the fridge overnight. The second night after opening it blossomed. Dark berries, cherries and excellent balance. This has plenty of life left in it. From now on I will drink this on day 2 or 3 after opening.
