Sunday, October 27, 2019 - Still stunning. A touch farther along in its gentle decline than the bottle from January 2017, but still wonderful. Time to drink if you have any.

    10/28/2019 4:11:00 PM - Curious... did you decant it and how long did you give it to breathe before you had it? In my experience, even at this age it needs a long time in the decanter before it reaches full potential. Like 3-8 hours...I know I would crazy, but I have found it to be true... Cheers!
