Tuesday, April 18, 2023 - Four vineyards including sandford and benedict. Everything by hand, cement fermenters, some new and some seasoned oak to it. Just shy of 20% new. Has a bit of a pickle juice thing on the nose. No SFB in this bottle in 2020. 2021 has it. Forest floor and a high toned note to it. Some stem and astringency and a touch of bitterness which is apparently the stem but also the Wedneswil clone as well. Mineral on the back.
