Thursday, December 23, 2021 - By the glass at Hide. First glass out of a new bottle, but served far too warm. Round chocolately mulberry and plum fruit. Tannins fully integrated. Finely velvety, smooth and perfectly decent. Just about enough acidity to carry it. ***
