Thursday, May 21, 2015 - Solaia ! (Milano c/o Pandolfini): Garnet red, with orange rim.
Intense, complex and fine nose: Wild hints at the beginning, humus, then opening in a nice spicy: coffee, cocoa powder, nutmeg! Ripe red fruits, macerated. Balsamic: minty notes and camphor.
Balanced, wider and with a nicer structure: fruity and velvety, mature tannin and tamed, with a nice mineral/acidity spine.
