Sunday, December 20, 2020 - Last of 6, pnp, cork spongey at bottom, perfect level, lighter than previous 2 bottles, incipient POX but not to the extent that the wine was undrinkable or even unpleasant, indeed very fine underlying depth of flavour with some youthful wax, first glass the best, seemed to oxidise immediately with contact with air, last glass the worst.......probably best to send back to Lafon and get a refund as too many of these wines from late 90s onwards are not of merchantable quality!!!!! VG (16) first glass!
