Tuesday, September 26, 2023 - PNP at Kuki’o and consumed over a sushi dinner. Very promising light/medium yellow. Pineapple, oyster shell, herb and lemon on the nose. Palate delivers an open knit slightly honeyed texture with faint tropical fruit notes. Lacks a bit of acidity and energy resulting in an unexciting and short finish which I attribute to the vintage.
