Monday, June 1, 2009 - Drank with grilled rib-eye, decanted for 30 minutes before drinking then drank over 2-3 hours. Very dark and thick, very full bodied mouthfeel. Smoky, meaty, tobacco, and dense fruit (almost portish), improved over the 3 hours, very much a crowd pleaser
