Friday, March 25, 2022 - Terroirs de Corton - Les Grands Jours de Bourgogne (Cuverie Domaine Latour - Aloxe-Corton): Walk around tasting. A real head-turner. Sweet and tart fruit with so much here, even if firmly backward. I felt I had to listen to this wine finish to try to understand it. Requires patience, probably best to cellar until 2028 or later.
