Tuesday, March 5, 2024 - I’m writing this around one week after consuming it. Exceptional wine. Yellow to pale gold, with a slightly muted nose that is more generous as the wine aerates and comes up in temperature. On the palate, very rich without being fat. Roussanne squared.
