Friday, May 26, 2023 - Dark, austere. Aromas of some dark fruits, but dominated by woodwork, forrest floor and some herbs. More tannin than I’ve experienced in most Bourgogne rouge, but of good quality.
Not very charming, but good company to a stew or steak.
