Sunday, May 28, 2023 - A few more months in the cellar has improved this wine some more. Like my previous bottle, it has a creamy texture, plus lots of citrus fruit, acidity and good minerality. I do agree that it has some salinity to it, in a good way, plus some pear and apple fruit.
