Monday, April 22, 2024 - Good but not great. A touch underripe and vegetal for my taste.
Aromas of crabapple and tart Granny Smith apple, flint, struck match, asparagus, steamed broccoli, canned green beans, lactic acid, and sea shell at low tide.
On the palate lean and linear with high acidity and a grippy finish. Good food wine.
