Monday, April 29, 2013 - This wine is meant for food. Normally that is a knock from me, but not this time. Maybe it is the "still young" edge that this wine delivers when sipping, but to soften that "edge" and trully capture the sweet, fruity, equisite nose that you experience when opening/decanting, one must pair it with food - preferably pasta with red sauce, but it also goes well with an appetizer of nachos and salsa and sharp cheese. The fruit SINGS thru in a chorus with your meal. Enjoy!
