Thursday, August 23, 2018 - A classic example of Coche. Booming nose of nuts, lees, spices, minerals, stones, lemons. Tangy acidity. Amazing texture. Round and generous. These wines are so incredibly unique. Like a bowl of razor cut diamonds. Searing precision.
