Wednesday, June 26, 2013 - Outstanding. Rather ethereal nose of pear skin and smokey herbs. A very delicate dried white flower nose added some lift. A palate staining mineral/crushed stone overcomes the mid-palate while the acid provides excellent cut. With air, this wine seemed to gain even more weight. Delicious right now.
