Wednesday, December 6, 2023 - Medium purple/red, good acidity, wonderful sweetness, mostly raspberry flavours at this point in it,s evolution. Still some tannic dryness occuring but not significant. Needs to be laid down for a couple of years to get it,s act together and go from the cocoon to the butterfly stage.
