Friday, June 30, 2023 - Drank from half bottle. This threw me off completely. When freshly opened, this showed as quite tight, a little bit tannic, with some plummy fruit and liquorice, almost like a very elegant Bordeaux. After a good half hour, it opened up and showed its fruity character, with dark cherry and some floral aromas. Need to try this with a bit more age and from a full bottle next time!
