Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - Open knit from the get go. Dense, deep red and black cherries while maintaining nice freshness and a bright fruit character. Ripe tannins are fine-grained and wrapped in fruit. Long spicy finish reminds me more of Vosne. Delicious today, but I imagine bottle age will develop nice complexity. My one complaint is it finishes a bit hot with 14% ABV.
