Saturday, March 2, 2024 - La Paulée de Los Angeles Grand Tasting (The Fairmont - Santa Monica CA): Walkaround tasting. Wow, this is as impressive as when tasted at Lafon in 2022, but more seamless and accessible. Combination of orchard and stone fruit with savory spice and spring flowers. Layered and complex, this is nearly getting to its peak drinking window. One of today's highlights.
