Thursday, June 29, 2023 - Pale straw with reflections of yellow. I am not sure summertime values get much better than this. An almost exhilarating nose is strikingly fresh and vernal, if not particularly complex, offering aromas of just ripe green apple, lime curd, orange rind, clover blossoms and a truckload of crushed rock mineral notes. On the palate this is light to medium bodied with nearly high acidity; it isn't particularly concentrated in flavor but has an addictively electric, almost sharp texture framed by a touch of dry extract and it is eminently crushable.
