Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - Pale lemon. Mildly tropical but not overly yellow fruited on the nose, yet on revisiting there are oyster shells and marine notes. Fresh, large and inviting on the palate with a core of bright succulent fruit. Seems expertly judged and classy but not for those looking for punishing austerity. Quite fabulous.
