Friday, September 8, 2023 - Nose of the skin and flesh of a whole lemon, with a lovely honeyed accent. Some leesy notes of wheat, accompanied with something of a green apple aroma.

Palate continues the strong citrus elements, and a fine bitter thread of orange essence. High acidity carries a long finish.

Very refreshing, yet seriously classy! Better chilled. Feels like this could keep for a while.
