Saturday, March 23, 2024 - Peach, papaya, cantaloupe, beeswax, vanilla, cardamom pod, coriander. It's a rich, unctuous wine. Even with it's high alcohol it maintains balance, and doesn't feel too hot. This feels like a feat at 15.3%. We tried from 4 different glasses to compare, and preferred a burgundy stem by far. Great wine!
