Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Big, bold, & boisterous. Took a solid 3-4 hours of decanting before it settled down and opened up. Really tasty stuff overall. Amazingly years left to go. Had I another bottle, I wouldn't open until 2025. Had with charcuterie, deserved some red meat.
