Monday, May 30, 2011 - Friends and I had this with a pork roast dinner on 5/30/11. It had a very balanced and appealing bouquet of cassis, black cherry, blackberry, cedar, tobacco, spice and sage aromas. The palate was smooth, soft and round with flavors that followed the nose. 91+
