Saturday, April 1, 2023 - PnP. Dark cherry and berry, spice, cola, spice and earthiness. The dark fruit mixed with the earthy notes is incredibly enticing and keeps you coming back. Medium body, medium acid, some tannic grip in the finish. Last tasted five months ago and I still think this has good structure to age and will likely be better in several years. Sticking with 91, but pretty confident the score will go up after a couple of years bottle age.
