Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - Opened in the bottle for a few hours. Honestly I knew it would be good but I was actually shocked by the quality. This is a dead ringer for Allemand or even Rostaing to a lesser extent. Very pure expression with violets, earth, cool dark fruit and mineral. No manipulation or wood treatment evident. Drinks well now but better in ten.
