Friday, July 28, 2023 - Really good Chilean Syrah. Dark berries, black cherry fruit. Ripe but not sweet. Smoked meat, leather, dark spice, with a hint of fresh green herbs (not vegetal like many Chilean wines these days). Complex & balanced.
