Sunday, June 18, 2023 - Tart and refreshing. Grapefruit, gooseberry, unripe peach, green bell pepper and fresh grass. Lively acidity. Fruit comes more forward in time and by gaining temperature. Drank over two days. Good persistence. Think this is quite well made and will give some drinking pleasure for the coming years
