Wednesday, August 27, 2008 - My introduction to "real" (i.e. non-Duboeuf) beaujolais and I'm impressed. Soft textured, sweet cherry fragrance, a very slight hint of game - slow and still and quite deep, and with a bit of grip on the finish. I'll get some more.
