Saturday, December 2, 2023 - Holy macaroni this is good... blend of Farella (Coombsville) and Gamble (Yountville). Notes of lychees, white stone fruit, fennel, crushed stones and crushed white florals. The palate was bright, layered yet persistent with explosive notes of peaches, nectarine, spring flowers and vanilla tart, there is wonderful wet slate minerality on the mid-palate which complements the layers and layers of juicy orchard fruit . The finish is succulent yet refreshing.

A bomb shell in terms of fruit quality, the wife was disappointed to know I only had one of these bottles, easily her favourite SB from California and even though the higher pricer tag this is certainly worth it. Damn!
